SBS Consulting (Pty) Ltd (“SBS”) is a B BBEE Company consisting of a diversified group of companies with specialist services who have a unique package to offer to clients. The Company operates on a national basis from it’s Head Office based in East London.

The Company was formed by combining the intellectual resources of two successful and specialised companies: SBS Business Development Specialist and Gray Burmeister Incorporated, after one of the managing members of SBS Business Development Specialists re-located to Phalaborwa to operate under his own company, Chagga Consultants.

SBS Business Development Specialists, headed by Herman Coetzee and former member, Charles Rembe, is a business development consulting company that has been serving clients in diverse industries for more than 19 years, from entrepreneurial start-ups to government institutions and major corporations. SBS offers a full range of consulting services supported by in–depth industry knowledge and skills. SBS has been involved in a number of successful transactions for mergers and acquisitions, including a number of BEE Transactions, Business Planning and Feasibility studies for projects or start-up businesses or for the expansion of existing businesses and Enterprise Development. SBS has built an excellent relationship with a number of Funding entities to procure funding for their transactions.

Gray Burmeister Incorporated (GBinc) is an attorneys firm, established in October 2000. Catherine Gray, the director, supported by a competent legal and support staff has more than 23 years experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, buy and sell agreements, association agreements, shareholders agreements, trusts and related transactions and or work such as conveyancing, collections and High Court Litigation.
SBS under Ownership and Directorship of Catherine, Herman and Kwanele offers a unique package to clients, operating from it’s Head Office based in East London on a national basis. SBS has also built excellent relationships with a number of Funding entities to procure funding for their transactions.
